ABOUT THE POSITION

The Social Media Associate maintains the company's online presence. His/Her main responsibilities include developing strategies to generate a fan base and increase traffic on social media platforms on Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. These strategies are conceptualized by creating a strategic campaign calendar with goals and agendas to increase engagements, audience reaches, and brand awareness.

Assist with digital media research and media planningConsult with Branding and other departments to establish and achieve specific media goals and objectivesAssist in developing and presenting creative briefs to the teamAssist in developing social media campaigns in support of line of business objectivesSuggest insights and analysis that will fuel the social media campaignCoordinate with relevant internal and external marketing partners; media schedules, social media schedules, and partner communications.Handle various project-oriented tasks as needed such as process improvements, calendar development, and executionMonitor analytics and track key metrics against goals within the social media teamAlign strategic campaigns with the PR team
ABOUT YOUBachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field.At least one year of relevant work experience in a similar field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and can work under pressure.Strong organization and project management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and relevant software.
