Job Description:

Collecting and summarizing medical data from patient records. Reviewing patient charts, extracting relevant information, and entering it into databases or systems for various purposes such as quality improvement, research, billing and reporting. Facilitating accurate documentation and data management. Ensure that patient information is properly documented and utilized to improved clinical outcomes and healthcare delivery processes.
