As the Food Chemist, your responsibilities includes:

Conduct research and experiments to develop new food products and processesAnalyze and modify food ingredients to improve nutritional valueDevelop methods for preserving and processing food productsEvaluate the quality of food ingredients and productsDevelop food safety protocolsCommunicate with other departments to ensure food products meet customer specificationsPrepare test samples of food products and supervise exceptional quality maintenanceMaintain product quality and standards of healthcare service inclusive of improvement to quality of products Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, or related fieldStrong skills in Mathematics and Data AnalysisLaboratory TechniquesKnowledge of food safety regulationsExperience in food product developmentExcellent organizational and communication skillsProblem-solving skillsAttention to detailKnowledge and experience in the Vinegar Industry is nice to haveMust be willing to work in Caloocan/Valenzuela
