As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team in the Philippines and are seeking a dedicated, organized, and communicative professional to join our Manila office as an Out-of-Hours Bookings Consultant.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an individual who can manage our out-of-hours service, ensuring that all bookings for nursing staff received during and after regular office hours are efficiently handled. This role is crucial in our fast-paced environment, requiring someone who can work effectively over weekends and on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookings Management:

Respond promptly and politely to client inquiries via email and telephone regarding nursing staff requests.Accurately document all interactions between candidates and clients in the Zentar Healthcare database.Achieve or exceed targets for filled bookings.Ensure nursing staff are efficiently booked into shifts according to Zentar's booking procedures.Prepare clear handovers for day-shift booking consultants.Effectively utilize nursing staff availability lists to maximize bookings.General:Collaborate with UK colleagues to optimize opportunities outside of regular working hours.Represent Zentar Healthcare with a proactive, positive, and professional attitude.Prioritize and self-manage workloads to focus on activities that maximize revenue.Understand the specific booking requirements for all Zentar Healthcare client contracts.Engage in and apply any in-house training provided by the organization.Key Skills and Requirements:Ability to work during unsociable hours and weekends (Rota-based).Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong sales skills are essential.
