About the Role:

You will be expected to handle and resolve customer support requests, produce accurate client reports and actively monitor team performance for each campaigns. Your team's success will result in the company's success, their individual successes, and ultimately your personal success.

All you must do is:On-board and train new Philippines based staff where requiredWork to encourage & drive your teamProvide feedback both positive and negative to Philippines based staffProvide feedback both positive and negative to Australian based managementMonitor Philippines based staff quality and service efficiency – ensuring that all designated roles are covered in the event of a late start or sick dayBuild effective relationships between Global Clients and Philippines staffManage projects assigned to Philippines staff to ensure they get completed on timeProduce brief weekly or monthly reports about activity within the Philippines teamDownload KPI Report for TGT Awards and submit to TGT Operations ManagerEnsure that the end-of-shift procedures are completedWork with clients to ensure proper coverage is maintained by support teams to during agreed operations hours.Provide management reports on operations, escalating on issues as required and proposing process improvements.Discuss and manage scope and objectives together with the customer assuring compliance to agreed targets.Work with Operations Managers and achieve target service improvement objectives.
To be amazing in this role, you'll need:At least has 3 years experience in managing a teamPreferably with Bachelors'/College Degree in IT or any related courses in ITProven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role, with a track record of driving results.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentOrganizational and Time Management skillsStrong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and concise process documentation.Willing to work in BGC (Day Shift)
