Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible to run the Asian cuisine section including the Korean and Filipino stations.
  • Ensure food quality, station set-up, and aesthetics.
  • Provide authentic Chinese cuisine and manage the Asian cuisine section.
  • Responsible for the preparation of menus under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef.
Work Experience
  • Graduate of a degree in Culinary.
  • Minimum of five (5) years CDP experience, or relevant working experience.
  • Background in the hot and cold kitchen from a luxury hotel.
  • Can speak the Chinese language, lived and worked in China is an advantage.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
