JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the recruitment and personnel records. Provides assistance in the performance of PAD functions, such as employee's benefits administration and other personnel and administrative services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Record and assist to all injured employees inside the company. Lists all medicines given to employees.Log in documents received and sent to Makati Head Offices and Escario Sales Office and distributes it to designated persons.Prepare and updates Daily Time Records for all plant employees and take charge of Employees Sick Leave and aids employee upon return to work following the illness.Assist PAD Supervisor of processing on employees needs regarding their Social Security System, Philhealth and Home Development Fund Contribution and loan payments.Takes charge in monitors and regulate movement of personnel and visitors particularly access to restricted areas.Checks and searches incoming and outgoing personnel and vehicles for prohibited contrabands and/or pilfered items and ensure the compliance of company policy on the usage of ID passes.Updates records of illness and injury and follow up of the injured person.Updates employees failure to punch in and punch out of their timecards.Assist on Annual Physical Examination for all employees.Checks all Laboratory Results of all the employees and facilitates one-on-one decision Discussion to the employee about the result of the laboratory.Assist on facilitating Orientation Materials and Set Up for Newly Hired Employees.Takes charge of Sick Leave, Vacation Leave, OBT, Overtime and Undertime for verification and filing.Prepares letter of appointment for contractual employees.Filing weekly itinerary reports of Sales Engineers.Checks and monitors the availability of office supplies.Prepares PR for Janitorial Supplies, Office Supplies and Medicine Supplies. Qualifications:Graduate of BS Psychology, Business Management or any related Behavioral Science coursesWith 1 to 2 years experience in HR Administration Can relate well to all levels of employee in the plantExcellent in oral and written communication Must be computer literate
