Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a jewelry or luxury goods environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales aptitude, and attention to detail.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or gemology is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Friendly, approachable, patient, and customer-focused. Ability to build rapport and maintain lasting relationships with customers.

Work Conditions:

Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
