We are an Australian-operated BPO located in Kawit, Cavite. Our client is looking for a Bookkeeping Assistant to support bookkeeper/accounts in financial data entry and other administrative tasks in the finance department.

Qualifications:

Must have some experience in a bookkeeping role with an Australian business.With experience working for Australian account is required.Minimum 2 years of working experience with XERO or similar accounting software is preferred.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.Attention to detail and problem-solving.Must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to work both independently and team-oriented.Can start ASAPDuties and Responsibilities:

Finance Related Tasks


• General accounting data entry and administration duties


• Data entry into accounting database invoices for debtors and creditors


• Data entry and collation of invoices for third party suppliers


• Maintain ageing payables and receivables


• Maintain credit card reconciliation


• Maintain bank account reconciliation


• Liaising with staff and other department to verify collection of various fees, to be cross referenced against what has been charged and/or collected


• Sending remittances to suppliers


• Assisting in and preparation of commission


• Working with accounts team for guidance


• Inter-company invoicing

Administration Related Tasks


• Maintain and action items received all mailboxes ensuring responses are sent within the specified turnaround time


• Responding to queries in a timely manner.


• Creating reports as and when required.


• Perform compliance obligations at all times


• Perform other administration duties as required
