We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team in Metro Manila. As a full-time position, this role will be responsible for handling financial transactions, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to the accounting team.

Key responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and records.

• Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.

• Perform bank reconciliations and cash management activities.

• Support the preparation of payroll and tax-related documents.

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the accounting team.

Key qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
