Join our team as a Service and Parts Department Manager and take on the challenge of leading our operations to new heights.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage the Service and Parts department to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve daily, monthly, and annual aftersales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Manager to ensure compliance with prescribed service standards.
  • Review and analyze aftersales performance and forecast targets for approval.
  • Ensure a well-managed service workshop with high individual performance from Service Technicians and Service Advisors.
  • Implement prescribed service processes and standards to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Specifications
  • Minimum degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent required.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Preferably Supervisors/Assistant Managers specializing in automotive aftersales or equivalent.
  • Excellent Customer-Relations/Customer-Handling skills required.
  • Willingness to be assigned in a specific location.
