Brief Statement of Duties / Work to be performed:

Prepares MRP and purchase plan based on product stock flow.

Generate P.O. for assigned materials based on approved MRP.

Arrange the delivery of materials, follow up, and monitor the supplier's production condition status.

Prepares farm-out for returned materials affected by quality issues as well as SCAR.

Coordinates with other concerned section regarding supply issue if needed. And prepares transmittal to be forwarded to the Accounting section.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any college courses/college degree.

At least 5 years of work experience in related functions.

Good communication and negotiation skills and Computer literate.
