DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for preparing delivery receipt of materials schedule for delivery/dispatching to respective project site.Ensure the recording and monitoring of incoming and outgoing of materials, etc.Keeping records of all documentation relating to the dispatch and receipt of goods.Report any stock issues, discrepancy of delivery to warehouse supervisor and or purchasing department.Responsible for preparation of monthly summary reports of Delivery Receipt, consumables materials, tools and equipment, backloading and issuance.Recording and maintaining inventory of all goods and materials at all times.Responsible for recording, maintaining and issuance of uniform and safety shoes of newly hired employees and employees' benefits.Maintain records such as requisition, delivery receipts and other forms related to warehouse activity.Reports to warehouse supervisor or management to alert them of any issues with shipping, deliveries or receiving.Assist in doing periodic inventory to various projects warehouse and main warehouse.Perform such other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS:Two (2) years undergraduate or graduate of any four year course.With a minimum of one (1) year experience in the same industry.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel etc.)Knowledge on Quality WorkplaceAble to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed.Demonstrates familiarity with all warehouse safety precautions and is able to observe these at all times.Good communication skills, essential for working with other employees and with customers.Attention to details and deadline oriented.Amenable to work in Makati City.Can start immediately.
