Seeks to provide efficient and professional estimation services to the selling group.

The job involves data gathering, preparation of roofing layouts, cost computation, and technical assistance to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data gathering of basic information for project estimates
  • Preparation of roofing layouts using ACAD or conventional drafting
  • Preparation of cost computation for materials and labor
  • Provision of technical assistance to customers
  • Update of actual measurements in the field
  • Maintenance of files
  • Assistance in performing actual measurements for projects in the field
  • Preparation of necessary reports
  • Coordination with installers for measurement and clarifications
  • Provision of estimation services for PU and PEBS projects
  • Conduct of plant and warehouse visits to assess quality systems and safety

Qualifications include:

  • Residency within CDO
  • College Graduate of Engineering/Architecture or vocational course in Industrial Technology in Architecture Drafting Technology
  • Experience in construction/related jobs or relevant experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CAD, computer savvy, and ability to read floor plans
