Technical Trainer/Engineer

Join our team as a Technical Trainer/Engineer and contribute to the digital transformation of our company. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing software automation tools, facilitating technical education to employees, and working closely with various stakeholders to improve procedures and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop software automation tools using various RPA software (e.g. VBA, MS Power Automate, UIPath)
  • Implement programs to promote digital transformation across departments through collaborative activities
  • Facilitate technical education to employees, especially new hires, relevant to software development and automation
  • Work closely with the training team and corporate planning team to improve procedures and processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (BS ECE), Computer Engineering (BS CoE), or Information Technology (BS IT)
  • Strong technical skills in software development and industry best practices
  • Experience in software development is an advantage
  • Experience in teaching/coaching is an advantage
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Administrative skills (organizing, filing, scheduling)
