Job Summary:

You will be responsible for delivering language training classes for agents, recruiters and phone screeners and supervising them while in their training period.

Deliver TrainingSupervise Agents or Aspiring Call center agents

Duties/Responsibilities:

Deliver Pre-Hire training focusing on improving the English skills of near hire candidates.Supervise agents while in their training period.Develop non-classroom communication and training materialsAssess participant and class performanceParticipate in minor internal client interaction (include effective curriculum feedback and client visits)Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Required:

Previous Customer Service / Sales / Technical support experience in call center or related industryStrong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, PowerPointStrong oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability in classroom leadership, classroom management, classroom organization.Preferred:1 to 2 years of training experienceUnderstanding of Learning PrinciplesCredentials/Experience:College degree or equivalent experienceSpecial Requirements:Must be able to work a flexible scheduleMay need to work in a shifting or rotating schedule.Knowledge of general recruitment processes and testing would be an advantageSome travel between sites may be requiredMust promote the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct
