Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is currently seeking a talented individual for a dynamic opportunity at a leading Software Technology Solutions provider that specializes in Cloud, Commerce, and Lifecycle Solutions.

The selected candidate for the ServiceNow Admin/Developer (ITOM) role should have strong expertise in system administration and building solutions on the ServiceNow platform, particularly focusing on the ITOM product suite. In this position, you will play a key role in guiding customers towards best practices, collaborating with team members to achieve project and operational goals.

Dive into Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Engage in various technical aspects of delivering customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, offering guidance on best practices for long-lasting value and enhanced experiences.
  • Participate in multiple projects, utilizing the Ingram Micro methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency and quality.
  • Develop technical strategies and share knowledge with teammates on development and configuration tasks.
  • Estimate time and resources needed for all activities, and keep the team informed of progress and expected changes.
  • Maintain high standards of development quality, engage in code reviews, and contribute to development planning.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to outline customer needs.
  • Provide Level 2 support for incidents related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Execute Change Management activities following established processes.
  • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and collaborative projects.

Your Skill Set:

  • 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and implementation.
  • At least 2 years of experience in ITOM (Visibility, Health, or Optimization) and CMDB configuration.
  • Proficiency in web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Web Services, etc.) and JavaScript development on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience working with DevOps teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
  • Proficiency in areas such as REST API integrations, custom app development, Workflows, and Flows.
  • Ability to lead customer-facing meetings and support business processes.
  • Capacity to prioritize customer objectives while effectively communicating development decisions and their impact on maintenance.
  • Passion for guiding customers on leveraging product capabilities and keeping up with the latest features.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, and Change Management. ITILv3 or ITIL4 certification is a plus.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Great collaboration and influence skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work in two rotating shifts between US and APAC time zones.
  • Openness to a hybrid work setup (WFH and Office).
