Job Summary: Electrical Engineer responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, improving operating costs, and leading maintenance functions in a plant utilities and electrical system environment.

Job Description:

  • Ensure all equipment is running with zero downtime, evaluating each unit to improve operating costs and extend lifespan.
  • Develop and implement procedures to reduce maintenance costs and optimize equipment performance.
  • Lead day-to-day activities to perform necessary maintenance functions, supervising a team to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
  • Review and develop maintenance procedures for plant utilities and electrical systems, including MV and LV.
  • Procure parts and services, establishing connections with suppliers for comparison and contractor services.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports to track accomplishments and update pending activities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Electrical Engineer, licensed Electrical Engineer preferred.
  • Technical credibility, with knowledge in design, construction, project management, and building & maintenance management systems.
  • Good problem-solving skills, administrative credibility, and stress tolerance.
  • Adaptability, open to new ideas and approaches, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to engage in a shifting schedule.
