Your Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced data modelling techniques using Python and SQL to develop and enhance our existing planning and pricing models.
  • Improve accuracy of pricing and forecasting methodologies, refine rules and processes, and optimize our current toolset.
  • Challenge existing assumptions and propose innovative solutions to scale and automate our planning and pricing processes.
  • Initiate and conduct real-time tests to gauge the impact of pricing and promotion strategies on sales, profitability, and product rankings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify constraints and objectives that inform and enhance our modeling efforts.
  • Lead one-off analyses for our leadership team.

Your Background:

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in demand forecasting, pricing, or marketing.
  • End-to-end Data Science experience in Machine Learning using Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Airflow.
  • Proficiency in ML modeling using Python (Time Series models, Tree-based models or Deep Learning).
  • SQL expertise (preferably in Snowflake).
  • Experience in taking ML use cases from concept to production.
  • Experience in building and managing MLOps frameworks.
  • Familiarity with visualization or building reports in Power BI.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, or equivalent.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
