Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 3 years ago (and growing to 150+ employees in that time).
We have plans to expand to 200+ employees before the end of 2024.
We are seeking 2 x experienced Level 2 Helpdesk Technicians, who have a minimum 2-3 years experience on an Australian account, ideally supporting a retail business.
Pioneer program, our client is a leading Australian and New Zealand electronics retail company, with over 100 stores in both Australia and New Zealand. They are building a remote team for the first time, and this is one of 6 initial hires.

The role:
Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests, including troubleshooting systems and devices for Windows computersDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configurationManage IT onboarding and offboarding processes for new employeesWork with the IT and Operations teams on business initiatives for continuous improvementOther ad-hoc tasks Required Experience:3 years of proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or a similar role within an AUS entityMicrosoft Certified Networking / Firewall experienceExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsTertiary qualifications in IT or a related fieldWhat we offer:Above market remunerationHMO from Day 1 Performance incentivesTeam building events and activitiesBrand new IT equipment15 days VL5 days sick leave13 month and all other government mandated benefits
