Job Summary: Financial Operations Specialist responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations, and providing support to the financial department.

Our Finance Unit monitors the Company's financial health to increase profitability in the long run. The Unit supports the operations of the business through managing all financial processes and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and validate all P.O. transactions/invoices, ensuring completeness of attachments and proper recording to Netsuite.
  • Process and validate all Agency billings, attachments, DTR's, ensuring completeness of attachments and proper recording to Netsuite.
  • Monitor vendors' statements and accreditations.
  • Monitor company loan (truck loan), ensuring completeness of necessary documents and proper recording of monthly amortization.
  • Handle bookkeeping and follow accounting best practices, preparing Journal entries and necessary adjustments.
  • Assist the financial department or superiors with audits, forecasts, and other fiscal planning.
  • Process proper filing and securing of attachments and completeness of necessary documents for audit, ensuring proper mailing and other duties as needed.
  • Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
  • Monitor and respond to email/slack concerns (related transactions).
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Process and analyze lease contracts for the applicable tax approach.
  • Process and validate all contracts, attachments, SOA/RFP, ensuring completeness of attachments and proper recording to Netsuite.
  • Monitor vendors' statements and accreditations.
  • Process and validate Riders and BO last pay, checking correct computation submitted by the HR.
  • Process proper filing and securing of attachments and completeness of necessary documents for audit, ensuring proper mailing and other duties as needed.
  • Handle bookkeeping and follow accounting best practices, monitoring and analyzing book of accounts related transactions.
  • Update lease monitoring.
  • Assist the financial department or superiors with audits, forecasts, and other fiscal planning.
  • Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
  • Monitor and respond to email/slack concerns (related transactions).
PCF Responsibilities:
  • Ensure and validate the accuracy of official receipts, acknowledgement receipts, and other supporting documents submitted by the HUBS.
  • Handle PCF of HO, METRO MANILA, NORTH LUZON REGION, SOUTH LUZON, GMA REGION, VISAYAS, AND MINDANAO.
  • Submit the weekly liquidation report and CSV for proper recording to Netsuite.
  • Handle bookkeeping and follow accounting best practices, preparing Journal entries and necessary adjustments if needed.
  • Assist the financial department or superiors with audits, forecasts, and other fiscal planning.
  • Process proper filing and securing of attachments and completeness of necessary documents for audit, ensuring proper mailing and other duties as needed.
  • Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
  • Maintain and update the PCF monitoring on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and record Load up and Bizload.
  • Maintenance of PCF Consolidator (System).
