PRIMARY DUTIES
Assist the administrative head in providing office management and administrative support for our projects. Provide administrative support to the RAAU Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
OFFICE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
Record all Transactions [ Outgoing and Incoming]
Prepare, monitor and file Project and Office Payment Requests, Vouchers, Reimbursements and Replenishments.
Prepare SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig for all employees
Make sure all bills and responsibilities are paid on schedule.
Update Client and Supplier's Folders
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Prepare Payroll
Prepare Monthly Expenses
Update Project Expenses
Assist Accounting in the preparation of BIR Files
Prepare, monitor, organize and file office documents
Prepare summaries of invoices, collections
Monitor logistics/vehicles expenses
Update 201 files
Requirements:
At least 2 years of related back-office support functions/experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience in a Construction Company is a plus
Must have great organizing skills
Must be proficient in Word, Excel. Presentation skill is a must
