We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Procurement & Admin Assistant to join our Team.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with hardware and software asset managers in IT procurement processes, ensuring compliance with policies and controls and the adequate allocation to OPEX and CAPEX.Maintain administrative controls and trackers for contracts and agreements for regionally managed IT services, including reconciliations with financial records and documentation of commercial details as per contract terms and conditions.Collaborate with IT leads to plan and detailed reporting of Travel and Training expenses by IT function and reconcile with financial records.Maintain documentation for IT Procurement processes, including global and regional Governance frameworks, policies, standards and procedures. Support regional IT Finance deliverables by maintaining reconciliations for selected OPEX and CAPEX spending in collaboration with regional Finance resources.Support the detailed analysis of IT cost spend vs budget and forecast.Assist in the processes for IT spending budgeting and forecastWhat We Will Love About You:Exceptional attention to detailStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills Self-Starter with the ability to work independently and efficientlyProficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with advanced skills in Excel Experience assisting financial processes and with ERP systems is a plusWhat You Will Love About Us:
