The main responsibility of the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is to ensure the financial follow-up of the Suez' infrastructure projects in the Philippines, including financial planning and controlling, contract management, risks mitigation and opportunities identification.

Business partner of the Project Managers.Manage financial reports (Monthly Project Reviews and Actualization meetings on a quarterly basis) and KPIs. In charge of percentage-of-completion calculations (PEC), rolling forecasts, budgets, cash flows management on the projects.Ensure a sustainable and efficient management of the Project Finance Analysts.Ensure a good communication and support to the Group Finance (Paris) and Shared Services Center (HK).Being proactive in identifying opportunities (cost savings, potential claims, etc.).Billing and collection management.Build a client relationship. Manage closing processes according to group requirements (monthly and annual).Improve controlling processes on the projects (continuous improvement).]Implement group internal control rules and handle project audits.Support and adapt to local business requirements as needed. Requirements: At least ten (10) years plus experience in accounting and administration.At least five (5) years plus experience in Finance analysis and planning.At least three (3) years plus experience in management position, and minimum two (2) years in a multi-national company.Bachelor or above degree in Finance or Accounting.Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or MBA.Has an experience in construction business/industry.Proficient user of SAP & Excel. Strong communication skills and self-motivated.
