The Pharmacy Workforce Development Supervisor is instrumental in supporting the development and implementation of pharmacy workforce development programs. This role is key to advancing the organization's strategy for pharmacy workforce pooling, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified pharmacy professionals for present and future needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Delivery: Ensure the effective delivery of pharmacy workforce programs, including Continuing Professional Development (CPD), specialized pharmacist training, apprenticeships, and internship programs.
  2. Contract Management: Maintain and update school partnership contracts in coordination with the Data Privacy Committee and Legal team. Manage the contract database and monitor contract expiration dates.
  3. Retention Strategy Support: Assist in designing and implementing key pharmacy retention strategies as approved by management, such as the Pharmacy Privilege Program.

    Qualifications:

  4. Required Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, A licensed Pharmacist.
  5. Necessary Experience: Experience in program management, preferably in healthcare or educational settings.
  6. Skills: With organizational skills, average in communication abilities, and proficiency in database management.
