The role consists of frontline service assisting pharmacists in caring for patients and delighting customers by rendering the company's medicines and goods to them efficiently, while ensuring they experience high quality engagement and our innovations. The role also covers back-end responsibilities maintaining some records and communications.

Tasks of the Pharmacy Assistant

Assist customers with obtaining the medicine they need;Assist pharmacists in serving customers and counseling them;Make customers feel welcome and attended to;Answer calls and messages;Assemble medicines and goods as ordered or prescribed, and package them with the right labels;Book deliveries, coordinate with delivery partners, and facilitate in-store pickups;Operate the point of sale (POS) terminal including the cash register;Keep inventory and display racks organized;Maintain electronic and paper based records; Work in shifts together with teammates; andComply with regulatory standards and company policies.
