About the Employer:

Archery Capital is an AFSL accredited Non-Bank Lender specialising in providing finance solutions to the SME sector in Australia. In addition to having capital lines from Major Financial Institutions, Archery Capital under the terms of its AFSL runs the Archery Capital Mortgage Investment Fund and has a stable of wholesale and UHNW sophisticated Investors who provide a further form of capital to Archery Capital to invest on their behalf. Archery Capital is planning to grow its operations significantly in the new Financial Year and is keen to onboard a Banking Associate who will be instrumental in assisting Archery Capital's senior staff to achieve its ambitions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Minimum 2 years of prior experience within the Banking industry.Experience in the Account Opening, Documentation Preparation, KYC / AML, Loan Settlement process and Portfolio ManagementStrong credit, analytical, and financial modeling skills, knowledge of lending and execution experience.Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, procedures, products and services.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. and strong attention to detail.The ability to be a highly motivated, productive team player. Partnership and collaborative mindset are essential as work will often overlap with various stakeholders such as referral partners, professional advisers and Investors.Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive; outstanding ethics, integrity and judgment.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and, and preferred skills in MYOB or similar softwareA relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.Job Responsibilities:Work in collaboration to help originate and generate new opportunities from both prospective and/or existing clients and Investors.Identify, assess and review client profiles, credit transaction risks, structuring and documentation of client credit requests.Collaborate closely on client and credit risk analysis, transaction structuring and documentation relating to credit requests.Act as a primary point of contact for existing clients with key responsibility for following through with day to day / reverse enquiriesManaging and providing support to the overall team towards building the business.Lead the review of complex financial models used to assist internal credit decisioning, particularly for new to bank transactionsManage monthly statements to Borrowers and Investors through FinPower (training will be provided)
