Key Responsibilities:Risk Assessment and Analysis:Conduct risk assessments by collecting and analyzing data, statistics, reports, and market trends.Review and assess risk management policies and protocols - establish recommendations and implement modifications and improvements.Reviews and analyses metrics and data such as screen capture violations, inventory, breakage, and employee activity that could uncover fraudulent behavior.Policy Development and Documentation:Create policies and procedures to identify and address risks within the organization.Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to risk management activities, compliance processes, and audit findings.Guidance and Training:Provide guidance and support to business units or departments on risk mitigation strategies and compliance requirements.Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed to ensure awareness and understanding of compliance protocols.Data Security Management:Manage data security, implement site safety measures, and ensure adherence to data security commitments.Conduct data security training and carry out regular security audits.
