The Role

Work closely with the accounting team and act as a primary point of liaison with the clients.

The role involves:

General Administration Duties

Jobs allocationSchedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.Receiving and coordinating incoming telephone calls and emailsClients Information Data EntryEngagement and payments on IgnitionManagement TasksLiasing with ATO and ASIC.Lodging Tax Returns on the ATO portalPreparation of documents in relation to set-up companies and trust.Update company details on ASIC.Maintain accurate and updated clients records and files.Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications & Requirements for the Role Include:Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Office Administration, or related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Attention to detail;Customer Service Skills and CommunicationAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;Knowledge in accounting software systems such as Xero, Xero Practice Manager and Ignition is desired but not necessary. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work well in a team setting and accept responsibility. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
