Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Booking:

Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring timely reminders and adjustments as needed.

 

Recruiting:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

 

Payroll:

Assist with payroll processing, including data entry and verification of timesheets.Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.

 

Finance:

Manage accounts payables and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.Reconcile financial statements and maintain accurate financial records.Assist with budgeting and financial reporting as needed.

 

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and managing files.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

 

Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.Draft and edit emails, reports, and other documents as needed.

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Experience with recruitment, payroll, and financial tasks is a plus.
