Job Description: Administrative Coordinator

Role Overview: As Administrative Coordinator at Chemonics, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating closely with multiple departments for comprehensive reporting. Your responsibilities include providing proactive employee-support services, maintaining organized file structures within the SharePoint site, and leading reporting requirements gathering initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to lead reporting initiatives, troubleshoot complex challenges, and contribute to the optimization of reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Collaborate closely with multiple departments to understand reporting needs and objectives.
  3. Ensure comprehensive reporting solutions that align with organizational goals.
  4. Proactive Employee-Support Services:
  5. Provide proactive support services to employees for customized reporting needs.
  6. Address inquiries, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure timely resolution of reporting-related issues.
  7. Organized File Structures:
  8. Maintain and organize file structures within the SharePoint site for efficient file storage and retrieval.
  9. Implement best practices to ensure the integrity and accessibility of stored files.
  10. Lead Reporting Requirements Gathering:
  11. Take the lead in reporting requirements gathering sessions with various departments.
  12. Facilitate discussions to understand specific reporting requirements and expectations.
  13. Troubleshoot Complex Challenges:
  14. Identify and troubleshoot complex reporting challenges in collaboration with stakeholders.
  15. Propose and implement effective solutions to enhance reporting efficiency.
  16. Training and Development:
  17. Train junior coordinators on efficient reporting practices and tools.
  18. Contribute to the professional development of team members by sharing insights and expertise.
  19. Optimization Strategies:
  20. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing reporting processes.
  21. Explore opportunities for automation and efficiency gains in reporting workflows.Qualifications:
  22. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  23. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative coordination or reporting.
  24. Proven experience in leading reporting initiatives.Skills:
