  • Technical support for MIN DITO network
  • Other assignments from Regional Manager and direct supervisor

Job Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, or a related field required
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in networking concepts, protocols, and technologies such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, etc.
  • Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, Juniper Networks Certified Associate (JNCIA), or vendor-specific certifications advantageous
  • Experience: Previous experience in network operations, maintenance, or administration typically preferred
  • Problem-solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for documenting network configurations, communicating with team members, and providing technical support to end-users
  • Attention to Detail: Network O&M specialists need to pay close attention to detail when configuring network devices, documenting network configurations, and troubleshooting issues to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with other professionals, and coordinate with different stakeholders to implement network changes and resolve issues
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes quickly, learn new technologies, and stay updated with industry trends
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills necessary for monitoring network performance metrics, analyzing network traffic patterns, and identifying potential security threats or performance bottlenecks
