Job Description: Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teamEvaluating business processes, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Create direct channels of communication to software and application developers that get the job done without managerial interjection.Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progressMaintain an outstanding relationship with customers and industry partners as well as the development teamProvides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.Provide emergency support for critical priority issues and other business critical situations in a fast-paced environmentMonitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategyManage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sourcesGenerate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logisticsDevelop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the companySupport deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposalsMaintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentationsManaging both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunitiesTake a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnershipsIdentify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targetsDevelop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integrationAssist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goalsProvide emergency support for critical priority issues and other business critical situations in a fast-paced environmentPerform other related duties as may be required by the managementWilling to work in Silang, CaviteCan start immediately
