The Sales/Corporate Trainer is responsible for the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members. This role focuses on conducting orientations, developing coaching plans, creating educational materials, and monitoring the performance of individual team members and the team as a whole.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducts orientation sessions to introduce new team members to the sales process.Develops individual coaching plans tailored to each team member's needs.Provides necessary resources and assistance to team members to support their development.Schedules and coordinates orientation drive-alongs with Branch Heads/Managers.Conducts learning and coaching sessions for both new and current team members.Conducts skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement among team members.Designs training curricula that are within time and budget constraints, ensuring they meet the identified needs.Creates both physical and digital educational materials, including videos and case studies, to support training initiatives.Coordinates individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and areas for improvement.Monitors sales objectives and results to ensure team members are meeting performance standards.Provides regular feedback and guidance to team members to help them achieve their sales targets.Works closely with Branch Heads and Managers to schedule and conduct orientation and training sessions.Ensures that all training activities are aligned with the company's overall sales strategy and objectives.Collaborates with other departments to gather necessary information and resources for training programs. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or any related field.Proven experience in sales training, corporate training, or a related role.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for training purposes.Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and monitor performance.
