About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Assistant Manager, Digital Shopper Experience to join our team. As a key member of our eCommerce team, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge digital materials on our eCommerce retail and media platforms to boost shopper consideration and purchase intent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement shopper navigation journeys on our eCommerce retail and media platforms, including Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shops.
- Lead and manage relationships with KOS/Creators/MCN agencies/Livestream partners to meet platform needs.
- Ensure all digital materials align with brand guidelines and advocate for brand experience.
- Oversee job scope and workload for in-house designers and maintain and manage our Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of digital assets, optimize based on performance indicators, and gather competitive insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in any field (a background in Statistics is a plus).
- 2-3 years of professional experience related to digital assets for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTokShop flagship stores.
- Self-Starter: High ownership and independence.
- Organizational Guru: Stellar project and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective Communicator: Excellent oral and written skills.
- Creative Eye: A flair for creatives and attention to detail.
- Agility: Flexible yet clear on end goals.
- Growth Mindset: Eager to learn and improve continuously.
- Technical Expertise: Familiar with backend seller centers of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTokShop.
