Administrative Officer (In-Charge of Permits, Licenses, Certificates and Clearances)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to manage the timely renewal of business permits, FDA certificates, and other regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with local government regulations and guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the timely renewal of business permits, ensuring compliance with local government regulations.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation for renewals.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information.

**FDA Certificates for Product Registration:**

  • Manage the application process for Certificates of Product Registration and Certificates of Medical Device Registration with the FDA.
  • Gather and compile technical and regulatory documents required for submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and guidelines.

**Documentation and Record-Keeping:**

  • Maintain an organized filing system for all permits, clearances, and certifications.
  • Prepare reports on permit statuses and compliance for management review.
  • Ensure all documents are up-to-date and readily accessible.

**Stakeholder Coordination:**

  • Communicate effectively with government agencies, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings and represent the company in discussions related to permits and clearances.

**Regulatory Research:**

  • Stay updated on changes in regulations and requirements related to business permits and clearances.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to management regarding compliance and best practices.

**Process Improvement:**

  • Identify areas for process improvement in the permit and clearance application workflow.
  • Implement efficient systems and procedures to enhance the administration of permits and certifications.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in compliance or regulatory affairs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and processes related to business permits, FDA certificates, and clearances.
