What is your mission?

This teammate will provide a wide-range of administrative and accounting assistance and act as the first and main point of contact for all senior members of the Executive Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive to be proactive in ensuring that the Executive members are well organized, scheduled, and highly responsive to all methods of communication. You enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and are able to adapt to changing priorities.

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

Proactive calendar management - you will be the main point of contact for internal and external requests as well as being responsible for coordinating meetings and events and optimizing the use of timePreparation of draft business letters, Human Resource communications, and standard contracts and agreementsCreate an efficient system to oversee the signing, collection and filing of all corporate documents Oversee all Human Resource related administrative tasksOrganize and coordinate international travel arrangements and itineraries for individuals and groups including flights, hotels, and ground transportationCoordinate and manage company meetings and activitiesPrepare expense reports and track financeDraft and edit Power Point presentations, excel spreadsheets and word documents as requestedOther duties as assigned
Who are we looking for?Minimum 10+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level executives.Strong organizational skills - you are able to juggle multiple priorities and be proactive in anticipating needs.Self-starter, highly driven and proactive. Must be extremely coachable. You have the ability to meet deadlines because of your capacity to prioritize and delegate as needed.Quick to adapt to change and able to wear multiple hats. Always a lifelong learner and a seeker of process and self-improvement.Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem resolution skills.High customer service orientation - you demonstrate a positive, helpful demeanor and are able to communicate with clarity, tact, and discretion. Flexibility to be available outside of normal work hours to provide support on urgent matters or to meet tight deadlines is a must.Within the proximity of Metro Manila (Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan, Rizal, etc.)
