Develop/Improve Manufacturing Engineering Processes and ProceduresProvide solutions to advanced Engineering issuesWorks on advanced engineering problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.Support in ensuring that metrics and KPIs are metAble to recommend decisions or actions that consider implications to his work and sectionAble to do the complex task alone with quality, minimum supervision, starts to assume leader responsibility.Able to adjust to non-routine situations by defining and utilizing appropriate methods and processes.Perform manufacturing processes documentationImplement Enterprise Change RequestsImplement process improvementPrepares plans, process specifications, production aids and assembly fixturesSupport process studies and define work standards to support manufacturing operationsImplements process sustainability measuresAdheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Industrial, and Electrical preferred/is an advantageat least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentProficient in using in CAD/CATIA V5/NX or other complex CAD software applicationProficient in using electrical/ electronics (Altium , Orcad) software applicationA good understanding of aircraft interior architecture with a working knowledge of Boeing, Airbus requirements Effective application of tolerances and GD & T awareness of the certification framework within which the work is undertaken the companies change control processExcellent Computer skillsGood teamwork & can work with minimum supervisionHighly analytical & very keen on detailsEffective oral and written communication skillsPreferably with experience in Team Center software applicationPreferably with Mechanical & Electrical Design experience Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
