Toolbox Meeting must be conducted together with the outgoing and incoming shift Technicians and Electricians.Monitors and supervise the completion of the issued E-Serve Requests and scheduled Archibus PM Activities.Attends to client requests that may be deemed urgent or priority for work execution and completion.Submits all data and reports needed for Shift Report, Daily Catch-up Meeting, Weekly Report and Monthly Report. Ensure that all reports and data are accurate and concise before sending or endorsing to the Client.Conducts assessment and validation of completed E-Serve and Archibus PM works once endorsed or tagged as completed by Technicians and Operators daily. This shall include a thorough inspection on all the areas covered by the Operations and Maintenance Department.Gather all information/technical specification for the material requisition needed by the Procurement Team and shall endorsed all this information to the Maintenance Planner for requisition.Coordinate all building facility and equipment shutdowns to attain all essential schedules.Provide technical assistance for supporting entire on-site O&M activities.Ensure that the KPI/SLA criteria is met and achieved by the O&M Team. Provides support to Company's goals and objectives.Supervise Technicians and Operators and ensure that they comply with Company and Client's Best Practices.Conducts work performance evaluation of Technicians and Operators on a quarterly basis.Support proactively all E2HSMS and QA activities, procedures and policies including the ISO compliance and best practices.
