Responsibilities:

Accurately manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and expense tracking.Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budget reports, and management reports to support decision-making processes.Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and identify areas for improvement.Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for management review.Process payroll, including verifying timesheets, calculating employee benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, monitoring pricing, and resolving billing issues.Provide administrative support, such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence and communication, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes. Must haves:At least 6 years of experience in Finance and Admin.Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.Proficiency in using accounting software and tools to efficiently manage financial transactions, perform reconciliations, and generate reports.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to effectively handle administrative tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain accurate records.
