Key Responsibilities:


•Collect analyze and interpret geographic information.


•Conduct various land surveys such as relocation, topographic etc.


•Coordination with the contractors regarding site concerns.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


•Review submitted plans and specifications versus initial plans for projects.


•Supervise and coordinate day to day operations, including resource allocation field work monitoring and data processing activities.


•Conduct surveys to determine exact positions measurement of points elevations, lines, areas, volumes, contours, or other features of land surfaces.


•Inspect work for adherence to plans and specifications and provisions of the contract.


•Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor or department head.


•Experience in Land Development and Mass Housing Construction.

QUALIFICATIONS:


•Licensed Geodetic Engineer


•3 to 5 years experience.
