What you'll do:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of the marketing initiatives. You will develop strategic plans that drive awareness and engagement while collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. You will plan multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email, events, etc., while overseeing the creation of engaging marketing materials. You will also manage the company's online presence optimally. Monitoring campaign performance will be part of your responsibilities as well as managing the marketing budget effectively. Building relationships with media outlets and influencers will be key in enhancing brand visibility. Staying updated with industry trends will help keep our strategies innovative.

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Design to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional marketing
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, website content, and advertisements
  • Manage and optimise our online presence, including the company website, social media profiles, and other digital assets
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies innovative and effective

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and achieving targets within budget constraints
