  • Sales Achievement: Implement branch sales strategies to achieve individual targets and contribute to the branch's overall goals.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through sales activities, networking, referrals, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Partner Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with loan consultants and partner dealers to drive business development.
  • Portfolio Quality and Compliance: Ensure the quality of loan applications by adhering to credit policies and conducting thorough credit worthiness assessments.
  • Key Requirements: A bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong Skills: Relationship-building, networking, explaining refinancing products, results-oriented, and customer service orientation.
