It is the 19th hospital to join Metro Pacific Health, which also includes Makati Medical Center, Asian Hospital, Cardinal Santos Medical Center, Manila Doctors Hospital, OLLH, De Los Santos Medical Center, Marikina Valley Medical Center, Jose Delgado Memorial Hospital and 12 other premiere hospitals in the rest of the country.

It is a Level 2 hospital with 140 authorized beds, 8 operating theaters and a staff count of over 600 direct and outsourced staff.

Growing at well into the double digits, it is right beside SM Fairview on Regalado Highway in northern Quezon City, which has been upgraded significantly since MPH invested in 2021. MRI, CT Scan, ultrasound, 2D echo, OB sono, dialysis, physical rehab, a wide range of laboratory and pharmacy services and a high performing emergency room are among the services provided for its patients.

About 300 doctors practice actively in CommonwealthMed.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Provide individualized assistance to patients to facilitate access to CommonwealthMed care services. Shall also act as the liaison or first point of contact between patients and health care workers.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:Must be a Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in a customer service-related course (BS Hotel, Restaurant and Management, etc.)Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Experience in a customer service-related field is a plusExcellent Customer Service and communication skillsEmploys active listening and is attentive to detailsComputer literate in Windows-based applicationsBasic understanding of medical terminologies, hospital operations, and payment processing is an advantage.Willing to work in shifting schedule
