  • The Product Owner for DDT Compliance develops the product vision and defines the roadmap to maximize business value through prioritization of the Product Backlog considering stakeholder needs.
  • Manage demand and drive change management process and backlog for global DDT systems to maximize business value with minimal disruption to IT services.
  • Collate and analyze change requests, ingestion requirements, and ETL jobs following defined processes; conduct interviews to diagnose issues and design solutions with delivery squads.
  • Coordinate Squad work using Agile methodology, prioritize workflow, and ensure timely and quality delivery; monitor performance to improve job delivery.
  • Align with IT Service Manager, Feature Engineers, and Business Analysts on Service Level Agreements with suppliers and clients.
  • Respond to issue escalations promptly; provide recommendations and seek approvals when required, especially in case of conflicts on Timelines, Budget, or Functionalities.
  • Provide a quality service to stakeholders, identify improvement opportunities, process cases, handle queries, and resolve operational issues.
  • Identify improvements to products or services based on user requirements, propose integration enhancements and process configurations.
  • Act as 1st Line of Defense on Risk Management for owned products, follow procedures to assess and mitigate non-financial risk.
  • Align with suppliers on innovation and updates/releases of products/systems.
  • Participate in Governance boards to facilitate decision-making on changes and priority setting.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment on user acceptance and advise the Asset Owner on change acceptance.
  • Support and enable the execution of DDT Compliance objectives, find harmonized ways to deliver run activities and enable project implementation.
