Health and Safety Product Owner

Location:
Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila

Responsibilities:
Collaborate globally to develop standard processes translated into requirements and user stories.
Drive UAT, provide local teams with training, and ensure product adoption.
Execute deployment strategies for HSE, considering local nuances and ensuring global compliance.
Consolidate feedback, maintain a backlog, and coordinate with CIO Business Architects.
Translate business processes into requirements for process improvement.
Work with CIO to resolve system-wide issues.
Develop champions across Workplace and GES for local support.
Ensure training documentation supports HSE system use.
Collaborate on adoption strategies with Marketing & Communications and Change Management.
Present deployment statistics, adoption metrics, and project updates to senior leadership.
Ensure ISO 45001 and 14001 compliance.

Qualifications:
Experience in health, safety, and environment incident management.
Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Global awareness with an understanding of local cultural nuances.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proven relationship-building and team management skills.
Ability to manage global tool rollouts and multitask effectively.
Flexibility to adapt based on business priorities.
