The Opportunity:

As a Partners Team Lead, your main goal will be to expand Agoda's supply network's coverage and quality. You will oversee a team responsible for managing a wide range of emerging and high-growth supply partners, as well as supporting partnership functions on a large scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Team Captains and/or Partner Executives in engaging with emerging and high-growth supply partners to identify revenue growth opportunities, address partner needs, and onboard new partners.
  • Contribute to defining the plan, strategy, and direction of the Growth and Accelerator Team to ensure alignment with regional and country growth targets.
  • Provide constructive feedback, coach, mentor, motivate, and evaluate team performance regularly.
  • Identify performance gaps, develop action plans, implement and monitor them for successful outcomes.
  • Foster an environment where team members feel empowered, take ownership, and demonstrate belonging.
  • Oversee project sprints, ensure proper processes, planning, and execution are met.
  • Ensure effective communication with partners using various methods such as phone, email, messaging, and webinars.
  • Manage daily task priorities, monitor results, and track progress in internal systems.
  • Enhance team operational processes and oversee support resources.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher from a reputed university.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in operational or execution roles.
  • Possess business development skills and can coach/train others in this area.
  • At least 3 years of senior supervisory/team management experience.
  • Demonstrate analytical capabilities and a track record of using data to drive teams and decision-making.
  • Show intellectual curiosity and excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and building strong partnerships.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficient in English language.
