Duties and Responsibilities:

Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, screening phone calls, making travel arrangements, monitoring the schedule of company vehicles.

In-charge in monitoring office supplies, preparation of payment request, sending and receiving correspondence/ documents.

Responsible for monitoring, checking and computing monthly billing of utilities

Responsible for vehicle administration, which includes registration and renewal, comprehensive insurance coverage new and renewal, monitoring and coordinating preventive maintenance Service/ vehicle work repair request and emission testing.

Responsible in monitoring and renewal/ termination of Business permit and Environmental permit.
