Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Assurance Officer with a background in the ice cream, bread or restaurant industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Pan de Manila stores adhere to strict quality standards, driving research and new product development, leading the company's FDA requirements, and executing analysis of activities or samples with recommendations for resolution. Additionally, the role involves training our Roving Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Standards Adherence:

Ensure strict adherence to quality standards across all Pan de Manila stores.Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality consistency. 2. Research and New Product Development: Drive research initiatives for new product development.Collaborate with relevant departments to bring innovative products to market. 3. FDA Requirements: Lead and ensure compliance with FDA requirements for all company products.Stay updated on relevant regulations and communicate changes to the team. 4. Analysis and Recommendations: Execute thorough analysis of activities or product samples.Provide clear and actionable recommendations to address any identified issues. 5. Training: Conduct training sessions for Roving Supervisors to enhance their understanding of quality assurance protocols. Qualifications: 3-4 years experience as Quality Assurance, preferably in the ice cream/bread/restaurantKnowledge of FDA regulations and requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and training abilitiesWe need QAs for Metro Manila and Cebu.
