Your day at NTT DATA: As a Junior Services Coordinator, you will be instrumental in coordinating multiple Services teams under Support and Managed Services units. Providing administrative and coordination support, managing tasks and projects, collaborating with Finance, Tech Services Project Managers, Contract admin and other units.

This position works under the guidance of senior professional colleagues. The Intern/Apprentice assists with tasks relevant to the specific area or function. This position allows the incumbent to develop capability in their area of study.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gains knowledge and experience in area of specialization or function.
  • Acquires relevant practical experience and knowledge of the service or solution offered by the specific area or function.
  • Assists with general administrative tasks for a specific area or function.
  • Coordinates meetings, logistics, filing and record keeping.
  • Prepares and distributes reports, reviews system data for accuracy.
  • Supports the identification of errors or discrepancies, escalates for resolution.
  • Supports entry-level technical or non-technical tasks as required by the business area or function.
  • Seeks opportunities to broaden their learning.
  • Performs other related tasks as required.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.

Required Experience:

  • Entry-level experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Entry-level experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
